For Kyrs & M........ It's a mind set.  I refuse to get fat and that's that.

I understand it's difficult, the key is to see weight loss and that in itself will motivate you to the next level where it becomes a lifestyle.  It's vital to go hard and jumpstart the process to begin.

CHANGE your palate (go cold turkey and cut out everything bad), chew SLOWLY and take pride in eating healthy during the week ( I judge my BF on what he eats especially daytime, I don't want to be with a sloppy person or someone who is not disciplined.). I brainwash myself....'Ewooooo, who eats so much during the week? 

Train yourself and it will simply be a way of life.

Just like, if you eat a lot that becomes a way of life.

As you know I eat on the weekends...however, come Monday my eating button is OFF.

I wake and have coffee with creamer.  Have some sort of breakfast... eggs, banana. rolled oats or something light

Then I take the two pills below and throughout the day.

My lunch is tricky... I do fruit, tofu, salad, eggs, protein just no crabs.

For din, I do a salad with protein or ptotein and cooked vegetables and absolutely no carbs.

Unless I have to go out, I'll do a little of something but my eating button is generally off.

You can still eat, just eat the right stuff. 

Eating something that you shouldn't can happen time to time but DO NOT do it at night.  Fight the urge and you will a difference in your mind and ability. 

Discipline is sexy.  You can not reach your full potential without training your mind.  It applies to everything in life, once you have it, you have it.

Note* I make two separate meals, one for myself and one for Son.  So I see the food and resist the temptation.  I don't even taste test, I make him do it.
