For Gigi........oh my God, I'm so glad you are okay!!  

If you are serious about loosing weight, it is 80% diet.  

Since you weigh more, you can loose more.  

You must change your habits with your intake.  

 

I'm the type that goes cold turkey Mon - Wed/Thursday.  Below is a dinner I prepared for this weeK.

My Check List:

canned tuna  fish  ground turkey  chicken  eggs  

things that grow out of the earth

Sunflower Seed Butter

sleeping pills

 

However, when I do enjoy, I have incorporated habits and changed my mindset as time went on.......

use smaller spoons

chew slowly

share burgers

sips of soda

healthy food on the menu are good too

don't be a disgusting human being - if I must - in private

salads taste like pasta

 

I have extra challenges........drinker. So, if I know I'll be out, out I take it really easy during the day.  Also, if I play, I always work out or then I'll pig out.  That happens too but since I drink often, 95% I work out the morning after. 

 

Best of luck and remember that nothing will inspire you more than your own waistline.  

Go hard and stay with it, the time you invest is necessary for your new body.  It's called discipline.

You have to give it a balls to the wall go, you will see results and hopefully it will become your lifestyle.
