My head is completely extension free.
I am on a mission to grow my hair.
I do not keep any product on my counter but decided I needed to dedicate a space making sure I stay on top of my hair health and growth.
I LOVE HOT YOGA
Back at it….found a studio in my new neighborhood.
Hot yoga is so much more of a great workout for me.
It makes my focus strong and it brings so much peace to my mind and my soul.
