I've used both many times. They both work great!!
I would say the difference is - the nueLASH brush is thicker.
I like to use a magnifying mirror so I can get it on every lash.
I've also have used cheaper lash serums and the two below, I've never experienced itchiness or redness regardless of how many times a day.
